We're Hiring! Partnership & Education Specialist

The Bob Marshall Wilderness Foundation is excited to announce a new full-time, year-round position beginning in 2021. The objective of this position is to meet an organizational commitment to building Wilderness connections in an equitable and inclusive manner, and to develop new pathways for the Foundation to engage and educate a more diverse set of constituents.

The Partnership & Education Specialist will find, foster and engage new partners in our work. These partners will come from the rural communities of Montana and the major metropolitan centers across the country and will help drive our focus to connect underserved and underrepresented communities to their public lands. This position will also be responsible for developing new education-focused elements within our work, and will assist in volunteer communication and retention efforts.

PLEASE NOTE: BMWF will be hiring for this position through The Bridge Project, an inclusive, innovative hiring pathway for the environmental sector to diversify conservation employment practices. We encourage interested candidates to register by April 19th, 2021 to participate in this virtual hiring event on May 11th and 12th, 2021. Find more information here for how to sign up. The Bridge Project is led by the Greening Youth Foundation and the Southern Appalachian Wilderness Stewards.
