at Sacred Waters Brewing Co., Kalispell
Raise a glass to our hardworking volunteers! Join us for a fun evening of catching up with old friends, plus Wilderness-themed games and activities for all ages. This is a great chance to meet other volunteers and swap backcountry stories.
All are welcome, whether you volunteered or not! Bring your friends and family to celebrate another beautiful summer in the Bob.

Wilderness Speaker Series
A 3-Month Series Exploring Wild Topics
2026: February 10th | March 10th | April 14th
Each year BMWF partners with the Flathead-Kootenai Chapter of Wild Montana, the Northwest Montana Lookout Association, and the Natural Resources Conservation Management Program at Flathead Valley Community College to bring you the annual Wilderness Speaker Series.
The Wilderness Speaker Series takes place the second Tuesday of the month in February, March, and April at 7 PM. The event is free and all are welcome.
Mountainfilm on Tour
A 5-City Tour Celebrating the Power of Wild Places
Coming March 2026 to Choteau, Helena, Whitefish, Missoula, and Bigfork.
Each spring we circumnavigate The Bob to bring the Mountainfilm festival to four communities in Montana. Join us for an evening of environmental, cultural, and adventure documentary-style short films, plus raffle prizes and refreshments.
The BobFest
Our Annual Fundraiser and Celebration of The Bob

New name! Voices of the Wilderness is now, “The BobFest”. Come together with fellow wilderness supporters celebrating a great summer season in The Bob. Our annual gala includes live music, food, drinks, and special guests — plus an incredible silent auction filled with art, outdoor gear, adventures and getaways, gifts, and so much more! Join us to catch up with old friends, make some new ones, and raise funds to support hands-on wilderness stewardship.
