Project Description

You will hike into The Bob starting at the Rocky Mountain Front and camp along the scenic North Fork of the Sun River. Volunteers will cut fallen trees to clear trail #249 making it passable through a burned area. The cross-cut saw will become your favorite tool as you continue clearing the loop around goat hill. A day off will allow you time to fish in the river or explore Pretty Prairie, a beautiful open prairie full of ripe grass and wild flowers.
